Z-EIevator
Z Elevators are well suited for gentle handling of a broad range of bulk products in food and agriculture industries etc. Materials like seed, grains, coffee, sweets, sugar, rice, beans, pet food, peanuts, and many more can be carefully conveyed from one point to another. Features:
- Long rugged service life and gentle handling of the material.
- Heavy duty head shaft bearing
- H D PE Buckets(other types optional)
- Longer feeding length for better fitting of buckets & better stability.
- Anti-reverse device provided to eliminate backward movement of buckets in case of power failure
- Ca pacities ca lculated at water level cup for realistic ca pacities
- Horizontal bucket straightener provided at the feeding and discharge end to guide bucket in straight line.
- Torque limiter driving sprocket which prevents overloading of elevators hence results in long motor life
- All components are made of Galvanized Iron (GI) on CNC machines.
Gravity Separator
Our Gravity Separator includes a wide range of 7 fan gravity sepa rator machine, automatic 7 fan gravity table, grains & pulses gravity separator, gravity separator 7 fan, grain gravity separator and 5 fan gravity separator machine. Features:
- Capacity: 4TPH - 6 TPH (Based on wheat, at 12% moisture and 10% impurities).
- No. of fans — 07, mounted of single blower shaft with individual Air Flow Control System. All fans are dynamically balanced.
- Surge hopper over Gravity (Material G.l used)
- Electric Motor: 02 (10 HP for Blower fans and 02 HPfor Gravity Deck.

Seed Grader
We offer an exclusive range of Grain Pre-Cleaner, made available in a varied range of models as per the capacity, power, and aspiration requirements. Features:

- Paddy cleaner is used for cleaning the free flowing granular material like Rice, Wheat, Barley, Maize etc.
- Paddy is fed into the hopper where material is evenly distributed by feed roller and drop through the controlled valve on the top sieve and after falling the material on top screen paddy is subjected to aspiration which drains off chaff, straw, deceased/ waist grains, dust or other foreign particles.
- In the Paddy Cleaner the under size is collected in bags through self cleaning spouts.
